All car hire insurances with NO excess value!
Our car hire rates are inclusive of all required car hire vehicle insurances like 3rd party responsibility, CDW (Collision Damage Waiver), TW (Theft Waiver) and Bail Bond (where applicable) at Aguilas and have no car hire insurance excess, this means that there is no credit card deposit on arrival at Aguilas against damage to the car hire vehicle's bodywork and in the event of bodywork damage to the car hire vehicle (like dented panels, broken wing mirrors etc, not : tyres glass wheels etc see below) there is no renter responsibility.

Our car hire rates at Aguilas are fully inclusive of local sales taxes (16.00% in Spain).

Included in our car hire rates for Aguilas is one free extra driver on every car hire. At Aguilas, the normal minimum driver age applied by car hire companies is 21 of age, with a minimum of two years driving licence experience. If any would-be driver is aged under 21 (or is aged over 79) at the start of the car hire at Aguilas, please confirm via e-mail with your car hire reservations agent.

Fuel is not included at Aguilas!
The fuel that you consume during your car hire is obviously not included in our our published car hire rates! On arrival at Aguilas, you will be asked to prepay a full tank of fuel. At the end of the hire, simply return the car hire vehicle back to the car hire station at Aguilas as empty as possible.
On short hires (3 days or less), we may be able to arrange "full/full" fuelling for your car hire at Aguilas against a credit card deposit. Please ask your reservations agent for further details.
Lost car hire vehicle keys.
Vehicle keys are chip-coded and are costly and timely items to replace. If you lose the car hire vehicle's key, you will be obliged to pay for its replacement (approximately EUR 120.00) plus any associated transport costs in connecting you with a new vehicle key. More importantly, your holiday car hire at Aguilas may be seriously affected while you wait for a new key to be prepared for your car hire vehicle. Please take good care of the car hire vehicle key while you're on holiday in Spain!
Off-road or negligent use.
Our car hire vehicles at Aguilas are rented for use on the public highways of Spain. They cannot be used off-road. Although a very rare ocurrance, we'd like you to be aware that damage to the underside of the car hire vehicle, frequently caused by negligent driving or off-road use at Aguilas (we have had occasion to have to lift car hire vehicles out of dried-up river beds!) is your responsibility. Drunk driving a hire car is considered negligent use.
Traffic fines.
Traffic fines, speeding tickets incurred at the wheel of your car hire vehicle at Aguilas are at your own risk.
Vehicle glass & locks.
It is a sad reality that in most holiday resorts in Spain, auto-theft is a day-to-day ocurrance. If you park up the car hire vehicle with personal items inside and, as a consequence, the glass or locks are damaged in an attempt to steal your personal effects, you will be responsible for the associated repair costs to the car hire vehicle. We strongly recommend that you park the vehicle in supervised car parks/garages in the major cities and never leave any personal item inside the car hire vehicle.
The following items can be added to your car hire reservation for Aguilas in Spain :
Baby Seats
Baby seats are suitable for new-born babies until approximately 6 months of age. Baby seats are normally available on car hire vehicles from Aguilas on request. There is a charge of EUR 2.50 per day for these seats which is payable on arrival at Aguilas. You must reserve babyseats at the same time as you reserve your car hire.
Child seats
Child seats are suitable for young children from approximately 6 months of age until 2-3 years of age. Child seats are supplied for car hire vehicles from Aguilas on request. There is a charge of EUR 2.50 per day for these seats which is payable on arrival at Aguilas. You must reserve babyseats at the same time as you reserve your car hire.
Booster Seats
Booster seats are suitable for young children from approximately 2 years until 5 years of age. Booster seats are supplied for car hire vehicles from Aguilas on request. There is a charge of EUR 2.50 per day for these seats which is payable on arrival at Aguilas. You must reserve babyseats at the same time as you reserve your car hire.

In the event that you need to cancel a prepaid car hire reservation, you'll receive a same-day confirmation of your car hire cancellation and a penalty-free refund. Please read the section below titled 'Cancellation' regarding our car hire cancellation policy.
Unlike many of our competitors, we don't seek to profit from your change of plans. If you do need to ammend or cancel your booking with PremierCarJet we simply ask that you notify us as soon as possible, preferrably via e-mail or in writing. Providing your cancellation is processed prior to your planned arrival in Aguilas, we apply no cancellation charges or administration costs whatsoever. We'll always send you immediate confirmation of your cancellation and, in the event that you have chosen to prepay your car hire at Aguilas, a prompt and courteous refund.
Curtailling an existing rental If you need to cut-short a current booking, please telephone or e-mail us before you return the car hire vehicle in Spain. We can't promise anything, but we will do our very best to recover the lost rental days value on your behalf. Please note that you must notify us prior to the return of the car to Aguilas.
No show Our offer to apply no cancellation charges does not include 'no show' (an industry term meaning you simply fail to arrive and give no notice at all of your intention not to honour your rental agreement). If you 'no show', the full value of the planned car rental will be payable as cancellation fees since the car hire company at Aguilas will have had no opportunity to resell the unused vehicle at such short notice.
