All car hire insurances with NO excess value!

Our car hire rates are inclusive of all required car hire vehicle insurances like 3rd party responsibility, CDW (Collision Damage Waiver), TW (Theft Waiver) and Bail Bond (where applicable) at and have no car hire insurance excess, this means that there is no credit card deposit on arrival at against damage to the car hire vehicle's bodywork and in the event of bodywork damage to the car hire vehicle (like dented panels not : tyres glass wheels etc see below) there is no renter responsibility.

Fuel is not included at !

The fuel that you consume during your car hire is obviously not included in our our published car hire rates! On arrival at the car hire station, you will collect the car hire vehicle with a full tank of fuel against a credit card deposit. At the end of the car hire, return the car hire vehicle with a full tank to to get a refund.

Lost zzcarhire vehicle keys.

Vehicle keys are chip-coded and are costly and timely items to replace. If you lose the car hire vehicle's key, you will be obliged to pay for its replacement (approximately ) plus any associated transport costs in connecting you with a new vehicle key. More importantly, your holiday car hire at may be seriously affected while you wait for a new key to be prepared for your car hire vehicle. Please take good care of the car hire vehicle key while you're on holiday in !

Blow-outs are at your own risk

If you have a puncture during the rental the car hire company will hold you responsible for the repair/replacement cost. All our cars are delivered with a road-worthy set of tyres which are inspected prior to each delivery. Typically, bad parking or driving off-road are the most common causes of punctures during a rental period.

Traffic fines.

Traffic fines, speeding tickets incurred at the wheel of your car hire vehicle at are at your own risk.

Damage to the vehicle's underside.

Damage to the vehicle's underside is the responsibility of the renter. Although a very rare ocurrance, damage caused by driving off-road, impacts from rocks or other items to the underside can cause considerable damage to the vehicle. If this situation arises, you will be responsible for the repair costs.

Infant Seats

Infant seats are suitable for new-born babies until approximately 6 months of age. Infant seats are normally available on car hire vehicles from on request. There is a charge of for these seats which is payable on arrival at . You must reserve infant seats at the same time as you reserve your car hire.

Baby

Baby seats are suitable for young children from approximately 6 months of age until 2-3 years of age. Seats are supplied for car hire vehicles from on request. There is a charge of for these seats which is payable on arrival at . You must reserve infant seats at the same time as you reserve your car hire.

Booster Seats

Booster seats are suitable for young children from approximately 2 years until 5 years of age. Booster seats are supplied for car hire vehicles from on request. There is a charge of for these seats which is payable on arrival at . You must reserve infant seats at the same time as you reserve your car hire.

Roof Racks

Roof racks are available for some car hire vehicles at . There is a charge of which is payable on arrival at the car hire station at . If you require a roof rack, please ensure it is included in your car hire Quote request/booking from the outset.

Additional Drivers

You may add additional drivers to your car hire on arrival in . These are payable locally at at .

Buy-out of the Vehicle's Insurance Excess

The car hire vehicles at are sold with an insurance excess. This is explained in the section Whats's Not Included? above.

Instead of leaving a credit card deposit to cover your car hire insurance excess at , you may opt to purchase additional insurance locally to "buy-out" the excess value - effectively removing your liability for vehicle bodywork damage. This option, depending on the car hire vehicle selected, costs between and per . You do not need to prebook insurance excess buy-out, simply decide and pay locally on arrival at the car hire station in when you arrive in .

Purchasing insurance excess buy-out is not a "licence to kill" and you will still be responsible for items like tyre, wheel, glasss or damage to the underside of the car hire vehicle. The car hire company may still require you to leave a credit card imprint to cover extensions to your car hire contract or traffic fines. See our section What's Not Included for further details.

When we confirm your car hire reservation at , you'll receive via e-mail containing a link to your car hire voucher providing full details on how to collect your car hire vehicle at . Just follow the link to print out your own confirmation at home. As a global car hire supplier, we often work with more than one car hire company at each airport in so, even if you have travelled with us before, you should still check carefully the details shown on our car hire confirmation.

Meet & Greet in Gibraltar Airport. Regular travellers through Gibraltar Airport will be familiar with the "sour grapes" relationship between Spain & the "tax-free" Rock of Gibraltar. Frontier police regularly delay vehicles leaving Gibraltar by several hours alledging lack of resources. These delays do not affect passengers crossing the frontier on foot. On arrival, cross the frontier and cross the road towards Macdonalds. The map below shows the location of the "FOCONA" undergound parking which is easily reached about 200 metres from the frontier. Our representative will be waiting for you in the car park.

You cannot take airport trollies from Gibraltar into Spain so we recommend that you travel with trolley type baggage or send the main driver to collect the car before returning to pick up the rest of the party on the spanish side of the frontier. On the return journey, you will be asked to leave the car in the "FOCONA" car park and walk back into Gibraltar to catch your return flight.

Curtailling an existing rental
If you need to cut-short a current booking, please telephone or e-mail us before you return the car hire vehicle in . We can't promise anything, but we will do our very best to recover the lost rental days value on your behalf. Please note that you must notify us prior to the return of the car to .

No show
Our offer to apply no cancellation charges does not include 'no show' (an industry term meaning you simply fail to arrive and give no notice at all of your intention not to honour your rental agreement). If you 'no show', the full value of the planned car rental will be payable as cancellation fees since the car hire company at will have had no opportunity to resell the unused vehicle at such short notice.
