Our car hire rates are inclusive of all required car hire vehicle insurances like 3rd party responsibility, CDW (Collision Damage Waiver), TW (Theft Waiver) and Bail Bond (where applicable) at Dubrovnik Airport and have no car hire insurance excess, this means that there is no credit card deposit on arrival at Dubrovnik Airport against damage to the car hire vehicle's bodywork and in the event of bodywork damage to the car hire vehicle (like dented panels, broken wing mirrors etc, not : tyres glass wheels etc see below) there is no renter responsibility.

Arrival times for your car hire.

Lost car hire vehicle keys.
Vehicle keys are chip-coded and are costly and timely items to replace. If you lose the car hire vehicle's key, you will be obliged to pay for its replacement (approximately EUR 100.00) plus any associated transport costs in connecting you with a new vehicle key. More importantly, your holiday car hire at Dubrovnik Airport may be seriously affected while you wait for a new key to be prepared for your car hire vehicle. Please take good care of the car hire vehicle key while you're on holiday in Croatia!
Off-road or negligent use.
Our car hire vehicles at Dubrovnik Airport are rented for use on the public highways of Croatia. They cannot be used off-road. Although a very rare ocurrance, we'd like you to be aware that damage to the underside of the car hire vehicle, frequently caused by negligent driving or off-road use at Dubrovnik Airport (we have had occasion to have to lift car hire vehicles out of dried-up river beds!) is your responsibility. Drunk driving a hire car is considered negligent use.
Traffic fines.
Traffic fines, speeding tickets incurred at the wheel of your car hire vehicle at Dubrovnik Airport are at your own risk.
Vehicle glass & locks.
It is a sad reality that in most holiday resorts in Croatia, auto-theft is a day-to-day ocurrance. If you park up the car hire vehicle with personal items inside and, as a consequence, the glass or locks are damaged in an attempt to steal your personal effects, you will be responsible for the associated repair costs to the car hire vehicle. We strongly recommend that you park the vehicle in supervised car parks/garages in the major cities and never leave any personal item inside the car hire vehicle.

Baby Seats
Baby seats are suitable for new-born babies until approximately 6 months of age. Baby seats are normally available on car hire vehicles from Dubrovnik Airport on request. There is a charge of EUR 4.00 per day for these seats which is payable on arrival at Dubrovnik Airport. You must reserve babyseats at the same time as you reserve your car hire.
Child seats
Child seats are suitable for young children from approximately 6 months of age until 2-3 years of age. Child seats are supplied for car hire vehicles from Dubrovnik Airport on request. There is a charge of EUR 4.00 per day for these seats which is payable on arrival at Dubrovnik Airport. You must reserve babyseats at the same time as you reserve your car hire.
Roof Racks
Roof racks are available for some car hire vehicles at Dubrovnik Airport. There is a charge of EUR 6.70 per day which is payable on arrival at the car hire station at Dubrovnik Airport. If you require a roof rack, please ensure it is included in your car hire Quote request/booking from the outset.
Out-of-hours charges at Dubrovnik Airport
For arrivals at Dubrovnik Airport outside of normal office hours (08:00-20:00), there is a supplement of EUR 15.00 payable on arrival in Croatia. For arrivals late at night you must provide us with your arrival flight number into Dubrovnik Airport so the local car hire station can coordinate it's office hours at Dubrovnik Airport.
